Common questions
Is the ESG report really free?
Yes. Your first report is free. There is no card to enter, no trial that turns into a subscription and nothing to cancel.
How long does it take?
Most small businesses finish in under 30 minutes. A sole trader working from home or in a co-working space is often done in 10 to 15 minutes. Businesses with vehicles or their own premises usually take 30 to 45 minutes.
Do I need any ESG or sustainability experience?
None at all. Every question is in plain English and explains why it is being asked. If something does not apply to you, the questionnaire skips it.
What if I do not know some of the numbers?
That is completely normal. For most questions you can choose an estimate instead, for example using your office floor area rather than your electricity bill. Your report clearly shows which figures are measured and which are estimated, which is exactly what readers want to see.
What do I get at the end?
A shareable ESG report covering environmental, social and governance, your Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprint and a private action plan with your priorities.
Is the report audited or verified?
No. It is a self-prepared report based on the information you provide, and it says so clearly. If a customer or funder specifically asks for independent assurance, that is a separate service from a qualified assurance provider.
